Event communication

Event communication — business or public — has a simple phasing: before the event, during the event and after the event. For consistent expressions across the different phases, a key visual is created in advance based on the event’s theme.

  1. Before the conference, seminar or party, the expressions are aimed at creating enthusiasm and recruiting visitors, preferably in the form of registrations. In this phase we can help with:
    • Creating invitations, teasers and confirmations (on/offline, audiovisual, animation)
    • Building and designing websites
    • Mediating between organizers and speakers
  2. During the event, the key visual and style elements are applied optimally and in varied ways across the different expressions. For this phase we can help with:
    • Designing all types of printed matter (name tags, programs, venue decor, goodie bags, etc.)
    • Designing digital assets, apps, PowerPoint templates
    • Creating and producing videos and animations
    • Audiovisual recording (including interviews)
    • Organizing live streams

Exhibition stand design

Designing an exhibition stand is more than printing a nice picture on a large wall. The stand design must fit the organization’s message: what should the visitor know about you and what makes you different from all the other companies present?

Is participation in this fair part of a complete campaign, or is it corporate promotion? The layout of the stand, interactive elements, giveaway items and information carriers such as brochures and business cards also contribute to the experience of the visitor.
