Stroomopwaarts supports residents of Maassluis, Vlaardingen and Schiedam who (temporarily) cannot provide for their living. Self-reliance and participation in society come first. Finding paid work is therefore the first goal. There is close cooperation with the municipalities, social organizations, entrepreneurs and residents in the region.
